Running Apple operating system on NON-Apple PC

Hello,

I have a PC(Which isnt Apple) and I have a blank hard drive which I would like to install a Apple operating system onto.

My processor is a AMD FX Bulldozer Quad Core 3.6Ghz.

The question im asking is what version of a CD do you use to make this blank hard drive boot a Apple operating system.
