Before moving up to 10.7, it used to be if I did a Finder search, I could clikc one of the tabs, like "Date Created" or "Date Modified" and it would reorder according to that. Now, however, I can no longer click on that after doing a search. I'm sure there is a way to do it, and I just dont know how. Anyone know the answer?

Then open the drop down box at the left side of the new bar that opens below it.

So, I did that and it gives me a new column and a new search, but what I want is to reorder everything so it becomes chronological. Am i missing something here? I didn't think the above advice did that for me. Thanks for helping this fool!

OK. I think this is what you want.

Open Finder. At the top alongside things like "View", "Action" etc; you will find an icon called "Arrange". Click on that and from the Drop Down menu, select "Date Last Opened".

This will reorder and display all your files and folders exactly as want it.
