case sensitive volume

I play WOW games. Haven't had problems until new update. Now when I try to update I get the Error message wow can't be installed on a case sensitive volume.

Can anyone help walk me through this. I have tried blizzard site without much help. also betrying to get tech support. But no help yet.

Case sesitive isn't a recommended format. Did you format your drive that way?

No I didn't format the drive that way, but I did have trouble with my computer and took my computer to Best by techs to fix. They worked on it and sent it off three times and said it was a connection on hard drive and they reloaded it. They must have set it that way..

I think you need to reformat it as Not case-sensitive.
