password question

I have MacBook Pro - Mac OS X 10.7.4
When I download Adobe FlashPlayer it asked for Password - I have put every pw I've ever used and it doesn't work. My Apple PW is not accepted. (The same one I use for I tunes). The same thing happens on any product that isn't an Apple(like DropBox).
I had flash player before downloading the last update.

You need to use your OS X user account password, not your iTunes one.
