I have a new Macbook pro 15" retina.
i had several "desktops" opened (one with my email, one with Firefox, one Safari, one PDF).
when i wanted to quit Safari, i did "cmd q", and went back to my other desktops previews. but it looks like the preview is still working. when i use the four-fingers drag to toggle between desktops, i toggle between firefox, my mail, the pdf and a blank white screen which i cannot get rid of. if i go to the display with the four-fingers drag-up, i can see the preview of firefox, mail, pdf and 4 other blue windows that read "preview". when i select one of them, i get the white blank screen - and i can actually toggle between 4 of these blank screens until i reach the others (main, firefox, pdf).
i tried force-closing "preview" using alt-cmd-esc, but it didn't help.
what can i do to fix it? i'm actually afraid to restart my computer like this.
