Every few minutes Outlook "pauses" and the "clock" rotates. I can't do anything while that happens then is back to normal. no idea why. Mac OSX 10.7.4. Help!!

cMBP 13" mid-2012, 2.9 ghz i7, 8gb ram, 256 gb SSD,
Is it connecting to your calendar or email server when it does that?
