Digital printing uses inkjet technology to spay the dye onto a T-shirt, it's less vibrant but cheap
Screen printing used a physical screen over which a thick treacle like ink it pushed through. Each color needs a separate screen and the process needs to be repeated for each color. You get thicker ink coverage and brighter colors, perhaps less detail, but its an old school craft printing process and requires mixing the inks and creating however many screen plates for each color used in the design
