have a MacBook Core 2 DUO 2.0 2007 that will not stay shutdown it restarts after every shut down and when I apply the battery or MagSafe. I know It's not the key board cause I have it off and as soon as I give it a power source it boots?? Any Idea I find no help on Google.:Not-Amused:

It could be a problem with the logic board but before thinking about that, try a PRAM reset and also a SMC reset.

I'm not positive on this, in fact I doubt it is, but would the restart on power failure setting do that?

Well that's a good thing to check, after I get the MOBO back in and fire it up I'll check for it:Blushing:
