Icloud password reset

My Icloud id is: [email protected]

I forgot my password. Tried retrieving it but;
1- the email reset goes to [email protected] inbox, which I can't access (forgotten password)
2- reset with security questions; i dont know how I made a mistake by entering the wrong birthdate!

Anyway, how can I request that the email reset be sent to my alternative email address as registered in my icloud a/c??


Please please assist. I hadn't quite realised how much of my daily routine depends on iCloud.........

The only advice I can give you is to follow the instructions for changing the password as given by Apple: LINK It's likely that you won't be able to do it this way since you would need to know your old password and the security questions. You're probably going to have to contact Apple customer service.
