Problem downloading Mountain Lion OS

Hi there everybody

I have been having some small trouble to install the new OS.
As things are, we are talking for a MacBook Pro, and all is up to date except the ML OS.
When I try to download it, Chrome opens a window that says to me that

You have updates available for other accounts
Sign in to [email protected] to update applications for that account.

I really have no clue what this message is, neither whose this email address is (definitely not mine).
Important here to say is that no one has operated my computer,
but a couple of days ago, a weird window opened in my Mac, with the Windows logo, saying something about remote access, which I closed immediately.

Any suggestions?

Chrome shouldn't be opening at all. You are trying to download and update Mountain Lion through the Mac App Store right?

Ok, here was the prob:
I typed Mountain Lion in Spotlight and it detected a file in the Mac HD. (***???) I don't know it got there, but I trashed it and did the process again, all worked fine

What can I do?

Or, get rid of any pirated apps you have on your machine.
