Safari tab width

Haven't seen this anywhere - and actually hadn't looked for it either since I'm using FF mostly.

But omg, finally figured out a way to get rid of the stupid full width tabs on the tab bar.
Whoever was the bright child behind that one should be taken out and shot.
Must have been someone that never needs more than a single tab open.

THANK YOU Bob. When the new Safari came out and I saw those large spaced Tabs, I thought I was seeing things. Drive me crazy! Will give that a try! Was going to search around but keep forgetting.

Nice, I miss being able to double click the tab bar for a new tab. Can't do that when there is no empty tab space.

Think I had to restart Safari - Found a couple of things a little quirky about it, but not as bad as the full width tabs.

Yes, you have to restart Safari. Works great. Hello normal Tabs once again!

I actually don't mind the full width tabs. I remember being a bit puzzled when I noticed the change though. I guess it is not a huge issue for me. I usually use the keyboard shortcut to create new tabs.
