Apple Macbook Pro, has Snow Leopard 10.6. I installed a SafeSleep Once app, then in rebooting, a folder with a question mark appears.
I tried the suggested methods, resetting with command, option, r, p. or holding option key. (also unplugging cord, press power method)
Next logical step seems to be in getting install discs (is an additional Leopard OS disc also necessary?).
With the install discs, will this give an option in accessing the current hard drive or the original desktop? (to correct problem such as uninstalling app))
Or try another sleep, hibernate method; a safer app?
Does Apple send a Snow Leopard dvd disc (two?) when ordering online?
Is the cost $29?
