IPad Facebook language translation

Hi everyone. I note that Facebook have enabled a language translation capability which I can use on my MacBook. However I cannot find the equivalent capability on my iPad when using Facebook.

Is the facebook language translator capability available when using an iPad?

If so how do I enable it?
