Need your help...please.

We installed a security system at work and everything there is PC. I can't access the video from home on my Mac. The security people said I would need Internet Explorer...which is not recommended for Snow Leopard, correct?

Any advice...I have tried with Safari and Mozilla and no luck.

Thanks.

Here's how you might be able to do it:

1. Open Safari

2. Click on Preferences

3. Click on Advanced

4. Place a checkmark in the box that states "Show Develop menu in menu bar"

5. Now click on the Develop menu and select "User Agent"

6. Select which version of IE you want Safari to emulate.

See if you can access video now.

Thank you for your reply...I tried your suggestion and, as before, a blank page comes up. Any other ideas?

Sorry, if that didn't work there's nothing you can do short of installing Windows on your Mac and accessing the video that way.
