Hello those who are out there!

This might be a hundred dollar question with a hundred dollar answer...but I'm going to give it a shot.

I just started scanning and Photoshopping images of high rez.(around 1800 X 1200) average.

I'm working on a 13" MacBookPro (2007) which has a 1440 X 900 rez screen.
I have an old Cinema Display 23" (2001) which has a rez of 1920 X 1200.

After many hours of investigation on the connection for the display to my MacBook, I discovered that I'll need a DVI to ADC convertor. Apple doesn't make them anymore, but I can get one on Ebay/Amazon for around $100 used.

So, hundred dollar question, should I buy the convertor, or get a new monitor or live with what I have.
I'm very poor now, but if it's worth it, I'll do it.

Your Mac's Specs
MacBookPro, 15", iCore 7, 8GB, Thunderbolt Display
the technique will move on so i guess sooner or later you might buy a new display anyway and now you might be able to get some $$$ for your old one so i think i'd consider to buy a new one rather than spending not less money on a very old one... just my 2 cents though
