i am starting to regret purchasing this software. i am doing something wrong and cannot get vpn client to work. can someone please help me get this setup. i kepp getting this message when i input all the information.

The L2TP-VPN server did not respond. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.
