Deleted File Recovery

Hi, Im using MacBook Pro, with OS X. And Im Running Parallels Desktop and Installed Windows 7 Guest OS in it.

Parallels prompted me that Im running low disk space message, so I went to Mac SSD, and delete one .hds file. I thought it was only a snapshot. After that my Windows 7 VM is not opening. It says that some file missing.

How can I recover the deleted file. Thrash was empted already because I need space those time.

Pls. Help me.

There are many various data recovery applications that you can use. The most important thing to take note of is that you must stop using your Mac otherwise you may overwrite the deleted file. Once the file is overwritten it will be almost impossible to recover it.
