... Im pretty much still a windows user, but love my OSX!

But is there an sort of application that is similar to the windows PeerBlock?

I already have Little Snitch to block unknown outbound connections, but what about inbound?

OS X has a firewall built in. You can better tune it with a 3rd party app. You didn't mention which version of OS X you have. IceFloor is the one to use for Lion/Mountain Lion. WaterRoof for Snow Leopard.
