Webcam issues

I've got this cheap little Nexxtech webcam I bought last year for my PC. But now that I've got my iBook, I can't hook it up. And when I try to put in the installer CD, it just tries to read it, then spits it out.
Are there perhaps any programs that will let me use my webcam? Other than resorting to using my VirtualPC Windows...
Open to any suggestions.
