I have been trying to locate an older HP printer for my iMAC G4 v 10.4.11 tiger. Any help would be appreciated.

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Why buy an old printer? Modern printers such as Epson, Brother etc are dirt cheap and Mac compatible. Avoid Lexmark however.

e-Bay, garage sales, etc...are probably your best place to look.

As you may already know...many new HP printers are only compatible with OS 10.5 and newer Mac OS versions...so you pretty much have to shop for older used printers.
