cannot update apps from mac app store

there are notifications that i have to update my applications in mac app store. however whenever i click on update it says error in downloading updates 102. please help. im using 10.8 on my mbp 2009. i tried the following:

1. logout / login from app store
2. debug
3. tried other possible TS online...

please help thanks
