My hard drive software was reinstalled because PDFs were coming up black.
Now my printer is not working correctly because my printer driver is not in the
right place. When I click on Fax & Printer in System Preferences, and then on
Driver, my driver is not even listed.
I found it in the Library, but where does it go so it works with my printer?
My laptop has already been to the Genius Bar twice. We are not amused.
