Changing size of cursor arrow

Is there any way to increase the size of the cursor arrow? I know its not a pc, before anyone says so, but it is a handy thing to be able to change, especially on a 27" screen as I`m having a job at times to see it!!

If you go to System Preferences -> Universal Access -> Mouse, you'll find a setting to increase the size of the pointer there.

Look at picture below..
