How do I close individual window

How do I close individual window in Safri without closing entire program... I used COMMAND "W" and program closes I used COMMAND "Q" and same thing, program closes... What command just closes individual window?

No, it doesn't. If you have only one Safari window open, it might appear to you that the program is "closed" but it's still running. Command-Q quits the program, meaning it's no longer running. You can test me on this. Open a Safari window and find a link to right click on and choose "Open in new window". Now do Command-W and one of them will close, but the other one will remain open.
