Open one application when another is opened

Is it possible to have one application open another application when it is opened? In my case, I want the application "DesktopLyrics" to open whenever iTunes is opened. I would figure that I could do it with Applescript or Automator, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

you could - easiest i can think of - put both in autostart and they'd both open when you turn on the computer
