Since Mountain Lion, certain music not syncing to iPhone

I use Wire Tap to record a weekly radio show so that I can put it into iTunes and get it onto my iPhone for listening in the car and to my iPad. Since Mountain Lion, the mp3 will not sync to my phone. It is in iTunes and in its appropriate smart playlists, but non will sync over. All other podcasts and music sync fine. I tried, using my iPad to uncheck all playlists, sync, and then re-check the playlists. No luck. Anybody have the same problem? Anybody know how to fix? Thanks in advance for any help!
