Hello guys,
I want to buy a mac mini for ios development and I cannot decide which one to buy. These are the ones I have came across so far,and I would appreciate if you would tell me which one to buy,or suggest any other mac mini.

1-)Mac mini i5 2.3GHz/4GB/500GB/AMD Radeon HD 6630M (845$)
2-)Apple Macmini 2.66Ghz Core2Duo Server Cpu 4GB Ram 1TB Hdd 256 Mb GeForce 320M (675$) (unused)

3-)Mac mini Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz/4GB/320GB/GeForce 320M/SD/Mac Os Lion(845$) (unused)
4-)Apple Mac Mini 8 Gb. Ram - Core 2 Duo 2.4 Ghz(2010 Unibody Mac Mini)(550$)

What do you suggest? Should the fourth mac mini would be enough?

p.s=These are the Turkey prices, that's the reason why they are so expensive.

Here is something else to consider. Do you already have a monitor, keyboard and mouse? If not, I would probably look into stepping up to an iMac for just a bit more. for just development, really, any of the above will work. I always suggest you buy the most current and best that you can afford at the time. And that really goes for any device.
