Hello,
I have a MacBookPro and I recently updated Microsoft Silverlight Plugin as was suggested to me by Netflix. Since then I haven't even been able to load the Netflix website on any of the internet browsers that I have (Safari, Chrome, and Firefox). I found out that the new Silverlight plug-in is no longer compatible with Chrome, but this does not explain why it will not work on any of the other internet browsers. If I try and access Netflix through Windows on my Mac I have no problems. So I don't understand what's going on. Is anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this?
