How do I know if I have a SSD or not?

go to apple menu, about this Mac,more info, system report, serial-ata. should get you there.

Is this it?

You have a 'regular" hard drive in your computer. I seriously doubt that you have a 750gigabyte SSD installed!

That info also includes rotational info (5400rpm). SSD's don't spin!;)
