i'm finally upgrading to a ibook G4 from a G3 and the only problem i can;t quite get my head around is transferring my ipod stuff to the new computer.
i wonder if anyone out there could give me some advice
a) am i right in thinking that when i load the ipod software onto my new ibook, it will reformat my ipod...and if thats the case...
b) is it possible to back up my ipod and then load it on again after i have reformatted it.
I see that there are lots of ipod backup programs out there and i wonder if anyone could recommend one. Do they just make an image of what is on the ipod or do they actually backup up the music totally. i guess it would be quite a big file....
Thanks in advance
