Hi All,
Hoping you can help. My daughter was having an issue on her iPhone 4 with her music not playing when it would say it was playing or it would show her a cover of the wrong song when it was playing. So she did a back up and tried to restore her phone in iTunes. Once the phone was backed up she restored it but once the phone restarted it just shows the iPhone origninal screen and the iTunes page is completely white with just a small pic of the apple logo.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
