Some Up-to-Date codes mistakenly replaced with OS X Server

Apple is still encountering trouble with the Mountain Lion Up-to-Date program complaints indicate. The company has had to reissue codes to a number of people who applied for free upgrades to Mountain Lion. Now, though, some of the group getting new codes say they are getting codes for OS X Server instead. A copy of Server is useless without Mountain Lion already installed....
