OS X Mountain Lion recovery disk assistant

I have searched and found nothing regarding ML in this regard. Quite a lot about Lion.

I cant find the ML Recovery Disk Assistant on the Apple support pages as well.

How do I make a ML Recovery Disk? USB flash drive.

I have already installed ML and updated.

Assistance will be appreciated.

I'm sure i went to the following link and it said OS X Lion and OS X Mountain Lion:

Everything i see says the Lion Recovery Disk Assistant is for OSX 10.7 and later.
