Delete the MS receipts but not the Fonts. The Fonts are going to be overwritten anyway.

I did a search in the Receipts folder and there were no results. Does that mean they got deleted already?

If you found nothing in the receipts folder, don't worry about it. I can't remember now if Office 2011 puts anything there. I know Office 2008 did. You're probably at the stage where you should have everything removed or almost removed. Go over the MS steps again to see if you missed anything.
