Oh, that's a good one. Any chance we could get a full resolution shot so that we can crop/resize to our native display's resolution?

Great shot. By way of me finding out more about this what kind of reworking did you do?

Since this shot was taken in March of 2010 with a D90 I have upgraded my Photoshop software from CS4 to CS6.1. Going along with this I also upgraded all my plug-in software: Nik Software's Vivesa 2, OnOne Software's PhotoTools 6.0, & Topaz Software's DeNoise.

The new capabilities of these packages allow very tight control over enhancements to my photos. The sky is accentuated, Haystack Rock now has much more detail and everything has increased "structure". The result is a photo that "pops", with great contrast and color depth. This was not possible in 2010.

Thanks. I've used an earlier version of at least one of those (PhotoTools I think( I breed to update/reactivate/ When I moved it from one machine to another it thought it was installed on two machines and broke.

I'm still running CS 3 and have put off upgrading. There always seems top be other bills to pay. need to get back to learning more about photo retouching though. We have a to of old family photos that need restoration.
