Transferring iTunes Library from EHD

I just upgraded to a MacBook pro from a Dell notebook. I had my iTunes library and music stored on my external HD. I figured I'd be able to just plug the HD into the macbook, select the library file and be set with all my music. Not the case. I guess all the music files are pointing to F:\music... but now that im on mac "f:" doesn't exist.
Any easy solutions to this?
