Endless reboot cycles

Due to water damage on my old computer, I bought a new Mac and imported my old hard drive's files to the new hard drive on the new computer. Problem is, the computer wouldn't work properly from then on. It would reboot endlessly.

Eventually, after digging around for solutions and doing I don't even know what, I got it to work. But now it's doing it again, and I have no idea what to do about it. Can someone help me out? The only things I can think of doing at this point are 1.) calling the support line and hoping they can help, 2.) bringing the computer to Apple Store in the next city over, or 3.) putting a back-up of everything on my external HD and erasing the new hard drive to start fresh.

Heck, I may even try to reinstall Lion through the recovery HD... AGAIN. But, if I remember correctly, that wasn't what fixed things before. I'm wondering if it's some program I have that starts up that's making it freeze and causing it to either get stuck or reboot, and if so, which one?

If it helps at all, here's the latest error report I got when I rebooted into Safe Boot:

It looks like it's crashing right here:

BSD process name corresponding to current thread: KeyboardMouse

But that doesn't mean the Keyboard or Mouse is causing it though. It could be almost anything. Try starting your machine in safe boot mode to see if it crashes when booted that way. Hold down your shift key as soon as you hear the boot chime and continue holding it until it begins to boot. It will be slow.

How did you copy the files from the old machine to the new one? Did you use the Migration Assistant or Time Machine? Or did you just do a straight copy?

You may be better off booting to the Lion Recovery partition and reinstalling. If you decide to do that, make sure you backup first or you will lose all your data.

It doesn't crash in Safe Boot, that's what I've been using as a substitute.

I used Migration Assistant, I think.

I reinstalled Lion again, but like last time, it left all of my files intact and did not solve the problem.

Did you install any new ram recently?

No. The last thing I installed before it started the reboot cycle problem again was an updated driver for my drawing tablet. I'm wondering if I should reinstall that?

Edit: Uninstalling that did not help, so I guess that wasn't the problem...
