Not getting email authentication

I forgot my password and when I go thru Apple ID and ask for email authentication, I do not get an email. It's not in spam, and I have asked many times this week. What should I do?

There's definitely something wrong because when I try to go through birthday verification, it says that my birthday is wrong.

Does Apple have an email support I can ask?

Maybe best just to set up another identity. Have always found Apple ID and login somewhat of a trial and error process.

That is interesting Harry as I am using my very first Apple ID and it's worked on every machine and device for the last maybe 7 years now. I wonder what is up?

I would try and help but never have had issues.
