Wireless Monitor

I am using a Mac Mini as a media center with my HDTV, but was wondering if I could connect wirelessly to a monitor in another room and use the wireless keyboard w/ track pad? Basically use it as a basic computer in another room. Thanks

I am doing something similar to what you want. I use Screen Sharing on the MacBook Pro to control the Mac Pro in the living room. Performance is a little slow at times depending upon network traffic but plenty fast enough to trigger the tasks I want and then let them go at their own pace.

I have also been known to control the media center via iPad. There are a ton of programs that do this as long as the iPad and Mac are on the same network.
