i have a LONG list of email addresses i'd like to make a group out of. they were in the "to" section of the email.
how can i select all of them within the TO section of the email i received and make them into a new group WITHOUT selecting each one singularly and saving it to my address book?
i'm afraid if i add them all to my address book to make the group, i will miss some of the names when i try to remember which names these are.
make sense? is there an easy way to take a list of names on an email and make them a group without adding each one solo to the address book?
thanks guys
