WEP competition

Question: Is there a WEP crack utility for Tiger?

I already have KisMAC for scanning networks but it doesn't really help with getting the key.

The reason I ask is that my friend's family just set up a wireless network and bet me $10 that I couldn't get on it with my Powerbook (they won't let me use my ThinkPad).

Help?

I don't think you'll find anyone here to help you since what you're wanting to do is illegal.

technically its not as he has their permission and they know that he is going to attempt it.
The reson it wont work is because KisMac can only support the APE card in active mode and not passive so you will need another WiFi card to do the "cracking" part

Even with their permission, the legality of the software used to do it is still suspect.
