Hello all,
I have a Mac OS X 10.7 machine that mounts user directories over NFS. If you introduce an update to a directory from a different machine - let's say, you go to your home directori, /home/user1 and say
touch foo
you can go to a terminal window on the Mac and your ls command will show foo. Finder will not - until you reboot the machine.
Has anyone encountered that? Is there a way to solve that problem - i.e., a way to make Finder rescan the directories?
Thanks.
Boris.
