iPhone no longer shows "BLOCKED" call

My iPhone used to show "BLOCKED CALLER" when I would get a *67 call. About a week ago, it started showing the actual number (with area code) and town location. I updated the iPhone to current version but this is still happening. Does anyone have any idea why? I'd like to go back to the old display.
