Save Picture As

on my pc, if i wanted to save an image to my hard drive, i would right click, save picture as, name and file. what is the equivalent process on MAC

Safari does it the same way. Right click the image and one of the options is usually Save Picture As/Save Image As. If you are using a single button mouse control click the image. Its been a while since i used other browsers so I am not sure about their procedure.
