Hi folks,
A month or so ago I picked up a new iPad for my mother. She just called me from VA (I'm in NY) and says that when she opens Mail she gets a black screen. I had her cycle her wifi, and double check settings were all correct. There is no joy in mudville...
She can access Safari, but her email is still down. She can read it on her desktop computer, so it isn't the mail feed itself.
Suggestions gladly accepted...
