Prevent overlapping of subviews in mainview

My Cocoa app consists of one main view and many sub-views in it. These views are set using interface builder. While re-sizing the main view the sub-views are overlapping/scattering in the main view.

Waiting for the response for re-sizing of sub-views without overlapping/scattering.
