Publish iWeb sites on FatCow via FTP?

How do I Publish iWeb sites on FatCow via FTP? Going around in circles on this.

I have no experience with FatCow, but they are probably like all other hosts in that they can provide you with an FTP address to upload your site.

From iWeb, you would choose to use the built in FTP to upload the files to FatCow's server, but if that doesn't work you can simply "Publish to folder" and then upload the folder using any third-party FTP client.
