I have 3 email accounts with Calendars and Contacts I'd like to know how to have them separate when I use Mail and iCal. Is there a way to do this with separate login pages or do I have to take one offline or use the web for 2 emails?
Mail and iCal doesn't have anything like login pages, but you can still have all 3 emails in one Mail Client as well as all 3 calendars. They will appear separate - you will see 3 inboxes and calendars in 3 colors with the option to hide them.
In Mail preferences just click on Accounts tab and add all of your email accounts.
