You can use iPhoto for your photos and the rest can be backed up using itunes and that should be all that you have to do. You can also use icloud if you like.My iPad has ~20 GB of info (Books, Photos, etc).
How can I get all these data into the Library of iTunes ? I don't want to loose any of my data.
John
I am not sure what you mean by "backing up" in this context. The data flow is only from iMAC (iTunes) to ==> iPad but not from iPAD to ==> iMAC.You can use iPhoto for your photos and the rest can be backed up using itunes and that should be all that you have to do. go to your itunes app, then store->sign in. once you sign in to your apple id your music and such will sync with your new imac
Thanks for the Link. I have no problems with the apps that support file sharing.Read the following MacWorld Mag article: LINK The method they describe should also work for you.
Thanks for the info. I was glad to find someone who finally understood my problem. I purchased this software and was able to transfer my music files to the iTune library on my iMAC.OK, I understand your situation now. I had to do the same thing with personal recordings. The following application (iPad to iTunes) is not free ($30.45) but will do the job.

Also, for future reference, Mac and Pad are not acronyms for anything and thus don't need to be capitalised. Just iMac and iPad.
Glad it's all sorted out and hope you enjoy your iPad as much as I do!
