Open a DMG file on Mac.

Hi everyone.
I am a new user and I have a Macbook Air.
I downloaded many DMG files and I installed applications, but today, when I downloaded PES 2012, I couldn't install the DMG file, by double-clicking it, and dragging it to Applications.
Because each time I double-click the DMG file, a message appears saying : '' no application is configured to open the document : '' PES 2012.dmg '' .

I wish someone can help me.

To fix this, do the following: right click the DMG > Get Info > Open With > make sure it's set to "DiskImageMounter."

Either what Van said or it's a corrupted DMG.

BTW was that a tormented file? The only reference I found to that file was a torrent. Some of those do not play nice at all.

Good call Sly! Some torrents are all messed up and have the wrong extension even!
